How I'd Learn ML In 2025 (BEST ML Roadmap)

In first course of the "Mathematics for machine learning and data science specialization" the lecturer suggests taking the "Machine learning specialization" first. Also consider the "Mathmatics... specialization" is considered an intermediate level course. Is there a specific reason that you suggest the opposite?
