PI300 and oracle my SQL >> Google certificate. As a data analyst you need only SQL and a tool like power bi or tableu. Cause in the real world you will be making reports and KPI as an analyst. You won't become a data engineer or machine learning engineer as a beginner.

I agree...when u take a certificate try and find a similar certification: Google IT Support --> A+ / Network+ Google Cybersecurity--> Security+ Google Data Analytics --> Microsoft Power BI / Google Cloud Data Practitioner/ Tableau Meta Database Engineer --> COMPTIA DataSys+ / Azure Database Administrator

I'd love to hear your thoughts on courses and certification thru some of the colleges. I'm comparing several training options, including Coursera and Data Camp, but I keep coming back to the Data Analytics Essentials certificate from Univ of TX. It includes the Power BI certification.

Great video as always mate, it seems there is a lot of conflicting information regarding this. Does one need to be a Data Analyst first then skill up to be a Data Scientist, or can it be done as a complete beginner.

DP 203 is retiring from March, 2025, in that case, which is the other best certification for Azure data engineers

This course is also available in the Google cloud skills boost but can someone clarify if the certification will be free upon completion or we have to pay for it at the end if we complete it in the google cloud skill boost ??

I find data camp to be good in just building or relearning skills. Certification in tech doesn't necessarily give you the job. It just tests your learning and builds up your skills.

Your other video, the 7 Best Certifications of 2024...is that video covering ACTUAL industry certifications, whereas this video covers the "certificates of completion" which prepare one for the real certifications? ALL of these courses claim to make you entry-level ready, and equivocate on the words 'certificate' and 'certified.' It seems like a lot of these courses have become another grift. How can I distinguish between REAL certifications and "certificates of completion" when signing up for these things?
