Swimming and running are completely different sports, technique matters way more in swimming. There are plenty of runners with odd or not optimal running form that can run faster than you and I both could dream of.

thank you, but running 25 hours per week of course makes you super strong, it's like running more than 3 hours a day which it's basically impossible for 99% of normal people, unless you were a pro..

Ok lets cut the BS about 3 degrees in difference on this or that angle. The fastest way to get faster for 95% of runners is to LOSE WEIGHT!
