how I deal with burnout | takeaways from a tired graphic designer

I recently went on a weekend trip after realizing I was tired!!! Didn't expect to get so reflective but I learned a lot about what gets me energized again after burnout and thought I would share my findings with you all :) we're all a little tired sometimes and we all deserve a little break (doesn't have to be a big vacation or a trip to a different city) - it can be a short walk around the park or whatever activity you like. Second video of yours I'm watching. I relate to everything you talked about here frfr. Like it's exactly my way of thinking. I absolutely needed it rn. I am just actually learning about Graphic design after a couple months I said I'll begin 😅 and I'm taking a graphic design course on coursera and didn't achieve my goal for the day and just feel somehow. Not my first time in this kind of situation but still felt that way. I have more to say but let me stop here 😅. Love the entire vid
