What a great way to let out all that anxiety yet share your experience as an artist. I find a lot of us hide it and try to go on our everyday and portray to others as if we are so called “Normal”. Once again M.Falconer does it again!

Love this piece! One of my favorite verses in the Bible is Jeremiah 29:11, "'For I know the plans I have for you,' says the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.'" I used to stress a LOT about my future, and I tied checking things off of a to-do list to my happiness. I had to learn to, as you said, be still. I had to trust that no matter what, God has a divine plan and purpose for my life, and even if I can't see it, everything around me is working out for my good. Again, I love your painting!!! 💖💖

God, this piece is amazing! I really felt the peace of this and adding not many harsh lines really brought this piece together. I’ve been struggling with mental health for a while, I’m not too sure how to put it. But what really works for me, that my therapist recommended is focusing on my artwork, and creating awareness for stuff that is important to me. After watching this video, I’m glad to see another person that deals with their mental health through art as well. Thank you for telling us about how you’ve been struggling, I understand it can be hard to do! ❤️

You are so talented! I really connected with your process and thoughts on the colors your chose. I’m just coming out of a block caused by my anxiety and remembering that we are not always in control allowed me let my art flow and not think too much about it. Art is beautiful in all aspects and the final result tells a story. This piece is definitely calming and makes me feel like I can get through any struggle or negative thoughts. Absolutely love your work❤️

From one over thinker to another be confident in your skills as an artist, it's what you are and you're not just good at it, you're GREAT at it. You have IT, NEVER question that. My art is the main thing I'm confident in because I finally accepted that failure is part of success. It's part of the process so as long as you keep creating you never really fail because not getting it "right" is just a necessary step to learn and grow to get to the goals you desire to achieve it's not a negative thing. I was way less confident in my art when I was your age too so listen to someone who's been there. You making the videos, painting as often as you do, starting your own business as a full time artist in your early 20's, etc. You're leagues ahead of me and a lot of other artists much older than you so keep at it, you're doing just fine and I for one appreciate your paintings and your inspiring videos. 👍

The first thing we should start doing or stop is claiming anxiety. Saying My Anxiety is holding ownership to something that’s debilitating. Speak and believe it’s not your to own. Give it back to the universe… You will never get over things but you can get through it😉

Lately I have been dealing with anxiety also. I am a retired nurse who loves art. I taking an online graphic design class at a Community College and the power-hungry Professor is awful and mean. I have had 4 migraines over this class I hope to finish with a C. But in my illustration class, I am carrying an A. In all my other art classes I got A"s. So I know what you are going through. Keep praying and god to help you. Watch Anoosha Syed's KZbin channel. She like you is working at her art. I think she lives in Toronto also. I'm in Menifee, California.

Good morning sister, I'm praying for your anxiety.. I suffered in my past with anxiety. And I'm glad you're getting therapy... but God is also the next step you need in your life. God created the universe and the world and everything we see. He is the highest power. We must trust and believe in him . If you believe in anything else... it's not good. I just want to help guide you the right way sister. You are a gracious and humble person. Keep getting the therapy and also God, he will heal your mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 kjv. Praying for you sister and stay blessed.🙏

What's the Best way for me to teach myself to DRAW portraits before painting? this is one of my struggles. I am in the process of creating a sort of portfolio to present to my principal for the next school year. My goal is to start a book/art journaling club with 5th graders for the next school year. This is to have fun, address anxieties, while learning about the world around us.

This is a great video thank you for being vulnerable. Being a creative writer and illustrator this is what I'm working on being more open about my art. I still haven't shared my stories as they are in the rough draft part and I'm not sure if they're enough for others like will other people find it interesting?. I'm working on eventually letting go of my fear moving towards change and not thinking so much.

I know it's hard, but just focus on enjoying the process of creating because that's the most important part, not what others think. Wishing you all the best on your creative journey 💕

And even though so many have different words for it, the creation goes back to one person. The living God. The scriptures ur referring to can be found in Matthew 8 vs 23-27 Mark 4vs 37-41 Luke 8vs 23-25 I pray for your peace which God gave us once we believe in his word. It can be very crippling I went through it continue seeking him and pray. Most high bless your heart and your talent.
