Girl, that hair color is an amazing type of blue! But you should over one summer, quit dying it and straightening it...just one summer at least. So it has alittle time to recover from damage and maybe grow. I can't judge cause my hair is all purple and blue, but I don't dye mine often and I don't put heat on it to much just so it can grow, my hair is in the middle of my back and my hair used to be above my shoulders....just a summer stop maybe not a whole summer but part :)
