I used the R57 and only my roots came out red :( all the rest is dark brown..any way to fix it?

Do you have previous dark hair dye in your hair? If you do you will have to either bleach it or use color remover

Hey girl!! haha It took me about 3 times after I dyed my hair dark brown to get this red. I didnt want to use bleach so I think eventually it will lighten up for you

@Henz Carl Tupas [e-mail] her hair doesn't look super thick . I think it's more for the length she needed to boxes . My hair is shorter but way thicker definitely also need two boxes of dye. If you have shoulder length ish hair or just above your shoulders and it's thick get two boxes . If you have long hair past the shoulders even if it's thin get two boxes . You want full coverage .

Jessie Rodriguez start at the roots and when you do the roots of one section cover your ends from roots to bottom
