A doctor license in Germany while you studied from Uganda will be very very difficult to get... And about the nursing because you have experience I would say just learn the language and try to apply for a job in hospitals and use your experience as a catalyst... Include it in your motivation letter and it will then help to speed to job searching process also make sure you have recommendation from the hospital you have been working they like that too

No I don't as long as I don't exceed the maximum salary per year and it was 30,000€ per year
