How did you apply for the nursing Ausbildung in Germany?
@SisterSnoe14 күн бұрын
Thank you for the transparency, people always say nurses salaries are peanuts but believe me as a nurse myself in Germany i noticed that if you manage your money properly it goes a long way ❣️

Nurses are still not paid enough in Germany, she is doing 1:1 intensive pflege, which means more hours (they don't do regular 8hrs usually from 10-12hrs per shift in most cases, she can correct me if this isn't her case ) And 4000€ Brutto and she is earning 2900€ for just working two Sundays? I am interested in her steuerklasse and also is she Alleinerziehend?
@Leilahval6 күн бұрын
I work 12 hrs shifts yes from 7am to 7pm. My company pays 4000euros brutto. And am Steuer Klasse 1 no child. We get a monthly Christmas money coz we don't get it all paid at once they divide our Christmas money by 12 months. And then Sunday bonuses. And yes it's possible to earn even more than this if you are working 1:1 or WG ambulante intensivpflege coz some company's bonus are higher than what mine pays...
@ChroniclesOfUli6 күн бұрын
@@Leilahval okay, the 12hr shift makes sense. thanks for clarification and further explanation .
@SisterSnoe6 күн бұрын
@@ChroniclesOfUli it depends on the type of nursing you are doing…I work 8 hours a day x5 days/week ,Steuerklasse 4 and I take home minimum €4000 netto. For me I think that’s a fair salary 🤗

Thank you for the wonderful tips, especially on the driving. Such a great tip. I've got my Kenyan license with me. Ques: During the driving school practice and/or test, does it matter whether it's an automatic or manual car? Great tips, again!👏👏
@Leilahval13 күн бұрын
Yes it will matter coz then with manual you learn how to change gears. I practiced with manual first and it was taking alot of my money coz I couldn't change gears quickly like the teacher wanted he would stop me all the time and my hours were being wasted. So after 6 rounds of practice I decided to learn with automatic and I got my license on the 2nd exam try. Money wise if you choose to learn manual or automatic the learning hour with the teacher will cost the same for both.

Hey Leila everytime l am online people say nurses are generally underpaid in Germany and then they don’t do basic nurse roles like IV pushes,IVs ,Immunizations ,Drawing Blood etc but rather they wash poo only and provide food is this the reality/norm or ?
@Leilahval14 күн бұрын
No it's not true at all whatever you study in school as a Nurse you are also allowed to perform it at work as long as you are confident that you can perform the skill without hurting your patient

@Leilahval14 күн бұрын
Which job do you want to apply for. If its nursing and you are already a practicing nurse... The interview isn't hard they might ask einfach things about you as a person, what experience you have and how u go about stress and maybe what's your reason that you want to work in Germany as a Nurse

Hi Leilah, What's the Tax fix about? Steuerklasse 1 is killing me.
@Leilahval13 күн бұрын
With tax fix "Steuerberatung" you can do it an get some money back per year. It's worth doing even when you are a student. Though sometimes the Berater might calculate and tell you it's very little money you getting back, es löhnt sich nicht. Aber trotzdem it's good to Rechnen and see how much they give you back

Thank you for the good information Please is it true as a nurse in Germany ,is it the duty of the nurse to clean patient poo and change their diaper
@Leilahval14 күн бұрын
@lawalrofiat927 no it's not.... there is more to it if you are a nurse with 3 years ausbildung, you have more responsibility like doing whatever the doctor deligates like medication, wund dressing, documentation, advising patients on specific things, and organising the doctor's and therapists visits for the patients...then lastly the general hygiene if you don't have a helper ovcos as a Nurse you have to make sure your patient is clean if they need help you have to help them
@Leilahval14 күн бұрын
@lawalrofiat927 generally I would say in care home one might need to help patients with body hygiene coz most of them are weak to do all on their own
