Ninja creami - do cottage cheese, insane macros and gives super creamy taste. 200g cottage cheese, 150g of lite milk, 1 scoop protein powder < this is a go to, ends up with like 50g+ protein and less than 10g of fat and sugar. Vanilla with a banana blended in or chocolate powder with blueberries mixed in is good, both with milk and cottage cheese.
@felipearbustopotd5 ай бұрын
Cottage cheese as purchased, usually 300g, placed in the freezer for no more than 2 hours pops out of the container with ease. It creams up nicely with just a fork - add to it what you wish, no need for an expensive ice cream making machine.

I've been using those pre-cooked rice packs lately. The packaging on mine states that the entire pack is 1 serving, but I treat it like 3 servings. Typically I'll meal prep something in 3 or 4 serving batches and then add one of those rice packs at the end of the cooking. That way it really _looks_ like beef stir fry (or whatever) AND rice, but the amount of rice included is much less than you would normally get in such a dish.

As far as I've seen those studies focus on whey, one of the fastest digesting proteins we've observed, and assume you're not eating a whole meal. Regardless its likely more dependent on your weight .35-.45g protein per kg of body weight per meal has been shown to be effective in cases where you're trying to get near single digit fat percentages while minimizing muscle loss. I would say that 55g of protein in 1 sitting is probably only optimal if you're nearing 92kg+ or 200lbs+ and in a significant deficit or bulking
