First, better to over eat. Secondly, your body can absorb about 25g every 2-3 hours, so spacing is key. Thirdly, the statistic I just mentioned isn’t even 100% accurate. The truth is nobody knows for sure what the exact amount of this or that one’s body can take. So like I said, better to overeat.

@@itsLukeRyanyeah until those protein farts start hitting because of the high protein intake. You honestly only need 150 grams assuming you are about 140-180 lbs.
