Love this! I'm pagan myself, and it's definitely inspired me to do something similar for my own spiritual and religious path

People may not be aware when Sarah Young's book Jesus Calling first came out, it was noted that it was channeled by a spirit to her, afterward the publishers didn't make the same disclosure. I've read some and it's definitely not from the true Jesus Christ. Lighthouse Trails has a book about it. Stormy Ormartian's books seem to be Biblically based. 🌷

Doreen virtue has great resources on what to avoid and why. I stopped using my Jesus calling devotional in 2017.

Thank you much for this video. I just bought the moterm tn. I am currently using four different notebooks. One for my Bible study, one for daily devotional, one for scriptures and one for my prayers and am hoping to consolidate them all into a tn and found your setup so helpful.

I like how the TN allows you to keep things separate but together at the same time. I’ve been using TNs for my gratitude journal but use different sizes for my prayer and Bible journal.

I have been intrigued by TNs for a while but really didn’t find a use for them in my system. But you are right, having a faith journal in TNs is perfect! I’m really loving mine.

First I love the sweet photo cover and then I love the idea that the streets paved with gold occurs by filling oneself with God's Word. Love your Faith journal. Thank you for sharing.

Hi! Thank you for watching! I loved how I was able to associate so much of the quotes we read in our journaling cards to faith. For me, it starts and ends with God! 🤍

You tube suggested your video to me. I know a lot of folks don't know this, I didn't when I first was gifted Jesus Calling, but Sarah Young has said herself the bible was not enough, and in her books she goes outside the bible. She said she was inspired by the women who wrote God calling, they used automatic writing in their book. In the earlier copies of her books she did have that information in the front of the book but it was removed in later copies. There is a lot of information out there about her doing this. Since learning that I don't use any devotional books myself. I prefer to dig into the bible alone and use resources like those at Ariel ministries to help me with digging into the mechanics of things like prayer, as they only use the bible in context. God bless.

I don’t really know anything about TNs but I love how you organized and decorated them. Do you buy the notebooks separately? You gave me some great ideas to add to my faith journal!
@EatPrayPlan2 жыл бұрын
Hi Laurie, I’m new to the TN world as well. The Moterm kit I purchased (which I have an unboxing video) comes with 3 inserts (booklets) lines, grid and blank. You can also purchase them separately as well. I’ve purchased everything on Amazon but there’s El several companies that carry TNs and accessories. I hope this helps

Hi Kathy, thanks for watching. The collage paper is by Jim Holtz idea-ology. I bought mine at Hobby Lobby but have seen it on Amazon as well.
