Wow I use those same sheets for my GTD system though I use the dot grid for brainstorming and getting all my ideas together for the project. I use the checklist to list all of the tasks in order.

I always hoped for this day! When you switched to rings and others, it was great to see your explore other styles, but I always wondered and hoped you might return to happy planner or any disc bound. Your old HP videos were what made me adore your channel. It’s all been a lovely evolution! ❤ similar thing for me, started with HP, then tried and loved rings and then returned back to HP. They’re all fun and interesting in different ways!

The happy planner sells stencils they go on the discs to draw lines and even checkboxes. They are awesome and so functional. They are be perfect size I’ve found. I use them in non-discbound planners too bc the size is so good. Your the third person I’ve seen recently comment they thought about what they’d use if they weren’t on social media or weren’t an influencer and picked their planner that way. That’s always the way I pick mine. My planner needs to work for me first and foremost and even if others don’t use or like that planner personally they can find inspo and ideas for their system. It’s good you are doing what works for you and suits your needs and the style you want for your planner now. I plan similarly with the sort of weekly master list for things that aren’t date specific. Between work and YT and mom life it’s nice to be able to pull from it when I have the time or it fits into my day versus scheduling it out and feeling overwhelmed or disappointed if it didn’t get done on that specific day. It also helps me focus on the important things that need to be done day specific first. Helps prioritize I find.

Hi, thanks you so much for sharing your thoughts. I agree with you! I’ve always used what I’ve wanted but social media is a tricky place and we all can be easily influenced because we love all the pretty stationery. I will check out the HP stencils, thanks for the recommendation.

Hi Monica, I have the passport TN with the future log i had set up for 2023 and an grid insert for anything I might need. I always have the need to keep some sort of notebook with me. I rely heavily on my ICal, reminders and notes app on the go so I would say that right now I am a digital on the go planner. Maybe I should share how I use those apps…
