Miyabi is the same age as Zhu Yuan. They were classmates. Belle would also be at least 24 if you apply Chinese driving laws to the game. You need to be 18 to legally drive in China, and you need to renew your license every 6 years at the earliest, which we see her do.

In China, iirc, a person cannot legally inherit a company from their parents until they were at least 20 or so. Zhu Yuan was also stated to be 24 in a literal blink and you miss it shot in her trailer where her dossier is visible for a single frame. Beyond that no ages are mentioned at all so it's all speculation.
