Been there, done that, bought the T-shirt. But I beat PF, too. My sister went as far as stem cell injections and shock therapy. Yet she still struggles with PF. I'll share this video with her.

Since everyone just says that PF is overuse, under strength, I'd like to add that it also can be associated with oxalates.. and the inflammation caused by eating too many "healthy super foods"... A little research will reveal

Glad you cured your PF. My PF is still painful as ever and I've tried everything. I have similar foot massager. It helps, but as same time I think it aggravates it.

Do you wear a lot of shoes with arch support around the house and massage before getting out of bed? I feel like I kept re aggrevating it before I started doing that

@@MidLifeRunnerThanks I did end up buying Birks and they helped a lot getting out of bed first thing. The crazy Strassberg sock has helped me the most and I've done pretty much every exercise out there. Interesting that both my doctor and podiatrist believe that time is the only thing that seems to cure it for some - about one year

IMO the key is the shoe, bad shoe causes PF. MBT cured my PF but due to its instability it’s not safe to wear
