You should publish one of the chapters of your instructional videos to give viewers a taste of how in-depth they are and how beneficial they may or may not be to new builders.

He had the 160k cash in a bussiness checking account with chase so when he applied for the card, they seen the balance on the bussiness checking and that helps get that credit card.

You should get a HELOC on both properties and use that to build another investment property a block of units or something
@yt.silentknight3 ай бұрын
he's gotta sell one to pay off the card first then probably heloc + card + cash for the third house. after selling the second, he should have enough profits rolled forward to be debt free.
@durtydurty829Ай бұрын
I would have took out a Heloc as well. I wouldve used Velocity Banking to pay off the cards with high interest. We never know peoples situation, so im glad he shared how he did it . Im happy for him and thankful he took the time out to share .Awesome Job!!!!

did you get your chase ink biz card using an llc and your ss as leverage to get a 100k approval or used an llc since you have a roofing company and that revenue as leverage?

You paid it back by cash out refinancing the homes into 30 year mortgages. The bank cut you a check for 80% value and you paid everyone back. I do like the credit card option. You have to be very organized

Please drop how you paid off the credit card after the build? Did you refinance? I’m 21 in Canada looking to build next year.

Did you get a 100k limit CC out the gate with Chase, Or did you build it up to that? Thats a huge limit!
@The_Laid_Off_Life Жыл бұрын
If you deposit and do a line of credit, the bank will be fine to set that up. Once LOC is setup, you can buy and pay off CC weekly It's prime plus loan then add on any discount for using the Cc to get some cash back Cash back offsets some of the monthly interest for the LOC

Should’ve put both houses on a single spreadsheet to show cost side by side and totals at the bottom. This was just cost for the 2nd was it not? Curious all in what you were for both houses.

Yeah, I didn’t include much information of my first home built by mistake. But you can check out the total cost breakdown video on my channel pertaining to that build if you’d like.

Why did you regret getting the Home Depot credit card?
@properformace11 ай бұрын
Private loans are 5o cents on the dollar and nearly impossible to have an investor trust you with $300,000. So cancel that option. Construction loan. Land needs to be paid off and you need at least 40% of the build cost in liquid assets. So cancel that option unless you have about $180k of your own money.

It's not a video for regular people. That's the point. The man owns a roofing company that was actively generating revenue. 😂
