When you start you clothing brand one of the very first things you need to do is figure out the logistics of production. Clothing manufacturers can be difficult to find. @@antfool0179 Definetly make more doing it myself but...Im limited by how much I can do. I have a full time demanding job, so realistically there's only so much I can do myself. For now, , I cant test to see if my designs are sell-able, but once that's proven. I have to systematize if I want to really scale. I could try and hire myself and do it all myself...LVFIT does that..But its not the only way. Not sure I want to hire people train them, rent a manufacturing space.... You have to play to your strengths. Gruntstlyle outsources..and they do ok, You may make less per shirt, but does that matter if you can scale way more easily? Not really IMO., but of course that could change as I learn the business.....

I know you said you and your partner aren't really into heat pressing your own products but your company would be far more profitable and you'd get to be in control of the merchandise. How it's made. How it's shipped. One thing that I'm confused about is that you've been doing this for 8 years. If you purchased affinity designer for a small cost and a workbook to learn, also for a small cost. You could be in control of all of your own designs. I don't know the slang for rural Canada but I'm sure you could keep on pumping out awesome stuff if you wanted to. Affinity designer is an awesome product and it doesn't cost a lot. I recommend you try it.

My friend is the best printer in the world. He has been at it for a long time. He enjoys not dealing with people...send him the final project file with no decisions and he will ship the final product where you want. (Ships smaller orders to traveling bands) I added this because there are people who prefer the physical work over the front office video games and skateboard rides to happy hour.

So I've been involved with this guy who has done nothing but ruin every order I've given him, and I've given him plenty of opportunities to redeem himself. Very bad communication, missing orders, very bad turn around. I wish I had seen this video first as it would've saved me a lot of money. Dang bro this is a game changer! I am totally going this route. I currently do POD and waiting 15 days for shipment and not sure if its even what you want when it arrives. I just got my hats come and I can't sell none of them as they are like cheap duffle bag material and so out of line and deformed, they are pretty much garbage. 300 dollar loss there.
