I have played this game every year and I can occasionally hit WS if I get in a groove… but this year with how every decent contact is just sent 500ft, I just feel like I have no chance to get past DS in Ranked. Every game is a home run derby. I personally feel like they need to balance out hitting a little bit and reduce the amount of HRs hit. And reward good pitching a little more..

This is by far my favorite time playing the show so far. Yes they’re trying to implement parts of the game costing money or just grinding like crazy which is fine by me cause the grind is was keeps a game fun.

Is there an advantage to doing the moments from the main menu as opposed to doing them in the DD program list?

well the only advantage is that you can just quickly advance to the next one, from inside the program screen you have to click a few times to get back to the moment start screen

Normal swing! (Sometimes for hit homer moments I’ll do power, but not often, almost always normal swing)

The XP is way way too slow and there aren’t anywhere near enough cards to complete season collections Unless they add more programs over the next few weeks with A LOT of S1 cards and XP…….. then the season collections won’t be realistically attainable for most players But that’s probably exactly what SDS wants 🤷🏼‍♂️

Coming from 2k… trust me we’re hella spoiled. Plus it’s super easy to make stubs in this game, they allow you to grind however you like (offline/online) and they give you a lot of free packs.

It’s actually RBIs. When you make initials plural in English, you put an S on the end. You can do it the other way, but it’s technically not correct. The announcers that insist on that on MLB Network radio drive me crazy. I hate how grammar rules get dumbed down in recent years. They’ve already made the whole I and Me usage stupid.
