@@momof2al everybody’s always talking about how great fiber is, but I’ve always been very regular. I’ve really never had constipation unless situationally after surgery and taking pain meds. So the things that are really good for you that have a lot of fiber I either can’t eat them or I have to eat them as small quantities.

For the most part though these tips are pretty useless and overly generic. There's dozens of reasons a person can experience bloat. and to associate low energy immediately with low vitamin d. This is just a post to make a post, but it has no logic behind it really.

You answered all the questions i had that i didn't really know how to express. This is a wise way to attack the question of, "which eating plan should i follow?'' which is what i was wondering. I still wanted to follow a "balanced" plan but there's too many to choose from. I still believe balanced is best...while responding to the body's ever changing needs... Thank you!

Have a headache because you're dehydrated so you drink water while sun tanning. I don't think that's going to work as well as you think it will.

Weakness is natural to an extent the week before your period. I allow myself to rest more during that time because that’s what my body needs to prime itself for a week of bleeding!!

You did a simple video that saved my life, and kept me from going back to the standard American diet… I was doing carnivore, and had leg cramps, so bad, that it would wake me up in the middle of the night because I was ,dehydrated (my leg cramps were so bad, it would go from my right leg,then my left leg, and then both legs 🔥🔥!!🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. I watched a video that said to have more salt. Well, that was a problem because, it made me thirsty for Water, so it kept me in the bathroom all day and all night (it was horrible. I couldn’t get to sleep, so my day was wrecked. This went on for about a month or so )… Then you did a video pertaining to having some carbohydrates, because carbohydrates , hydrate your body😮😮. That’s when the light came on ! I started adding some fruits and vegetables, until I found the right balance for my body,NO MORE LEG CRAMPS , And it’s been a month Or more !!🔥🎯🎯🙏🙏. I felt so good, that I have started working out again. So my wife and I no longer call ourselves carnivore, Keto, etc. etc. we just do what’s best for our bodies, and we are both having tremendous progress.I thank God for you more than you’ll ever know, because you are a true humanitarian ( Some of these carnivore/Keto Contin creators , are more concerned for their social media numbers, then they are helping people ). God will continue to bless you because of your transparency, and thank you again🙏🙏.
