I know people on carnivore, keto, plateo, vegan and a basic balanced diet. Some get great results and some dont. The problem is the cult following of these diets. They think if it works for them it has to work for everyone. Total BS cult talk. The fact is we all are different and you need to figure out what is best for your health, lifestyle, genetics, age, activity level, weight and other factors. Listen to nobody but your own body. Find a doctor that understands this.

Yeah, a girl her size doesn't need that much. Me, yes. I'm a 200lb man. Gotta have that much protein, but since I also have eggs, chicken, and bacon, I eat less than 2lbs of beef a day.

I was eating V.F. brand organic eggs for years. Now with bird flu wiping out 60%, and new law banning the sale of caged eggs, there are almost no high quality eggs available near me. Neighborhood chickens have been wiped out. Michigan is one of the hardest hit states. The cheap store brand with bland yellow yolks are the only ones available. I go to 5 different stores every couple days trying to find organic pasture eggs. About once a month I find a small delivery that was just made, and I have to buy a few cartons just for us to be able to have 1 egg a day.

Anti-Pizzite! The best pizza I ever had was on Patmos, in the Mediterranean... Whole grain crunchy crust with toasted plum tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil. Mic drop. Peace on earth. BTW... it takes six gallons of water to grow one (1) almond.

Thinking of iron as rust is silly. Your blood needs iron, your bicycle chain doesn't.

Just a thought 🤔🤔🤔 What can cause high ferritin levels? Hemochromatosis, an inherited disease that causes iron overload. It's your body, do the research. One of the wisest things I have read. "Know thyself" and here's another. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you".🤔🤔🤔🤗🤗🤗♥️♥️♥️

Greetings from New Zealand. This country has the same problem. The Governments here even drop 1080 pallets all over our wilderness and cruelty kill EVERYTHING IT TOUCHES. Our land is sprayed with so much chemicals and Fertilizers. To be organic here you have to show and provide that the land has not had or been sprayed for 7-10 years through tests. Organics is THE BEST WAY to go. I have been gardening for 30 years and where I live now has little tree frogs in and around my property which is mostly gardens or fruit / berry trees. The eco systems are so sensitive to Fertilizers/ chemicals and die from it quickly. Been Organic and watching nature working is amazing. Watching and learning from it has been mind blowing. Nature is INCREDIBLE. When I look and see what humans are doing to the Planet , it's very sad. Personally I would ban ALL harmful Chemicals/Fertilizers etc yesterday. Why... It's this simple.... HEALTHY SOIL,❤ HEALTHY FOOD,❤ HEALTHY PEOPLE. ❤ And because I ❤ Animals.😊

I find it insane when people say eating healthy is too expensive. Like a pot noddle (no nutrients) is like £1, other instant noodles 69p yet a can of sardines is 47p/50p.. Or people that go to McDonald's weekly at £6+ for a single meal yet 12 free range eggs can be had as low as aboit £3 and can do multiple meals 🤔

I've been eating a lot of eggs lately. I used to do eggs and bacon, but now I avoid nitrates, so it's just eggs. Do yummy! I save the raw milk for the end of the day.

We all gonna go one day, so like the Rock said: "It doesn't matter!" Food changed because people live longer and produce more people to keep the cycle going. You came from the gutter and now telling people to avoid butter like you're somebody's mother. Anyways, enjoy your time alive because nobody asked to be here.

You are not sharing info on organic foods so what you are promoting needs to be organic and pasture raised. Also don't know what sinus issues you have but you don't healthy in my opinion like nasal issues and your skin is flat not glowy, maybe from Costco based eating?. Just an observation..and have you ever hunted for your food and churned your own butter?

That's great but you (based on your videos) buy your meat from Costco and non pastured meat. That meat is loaded with glyphosate, gmo corn and soy which is completely an unnatural source. Meat that is not organic and not fully pasture raised doesn't contain CLA and other benefits that grass fed organic meat does. You are lacking in this area and promoting Costco meat. Are you a descendent of Hippocrates?
