Thanks for sharing, Momomi-san! For me, these are very realistic tips without being too harsh on one’s body. I’m trying to eat healthier now that I’m back in figure skating after a 4 year hiatus due to the pandemic. I do yoga once a week, but I know that’s not enough for off-ice training.

Hello momomi I love your videos overall and this one really helped me having hope once more. Also thank you for the English subtitles!! ❤️ I started trying to lose weight and I have normal body that looks skinny to some people but not enough for me especially around my stomach and thighs. I feel like going from normal to skinny is the hardest and I’ve been working out for a month and also diminishing the amount I eat in a day but I barely seen any results on my weight. Also I feel like on the days I do not workout I look fatter somehow. But today I am ready to fight once more for my body. I am currently fasting during the day because I am Christian and it’s fasting period and usually at night I’ll just eat something very unhealthy. Thankfully today I hate something good, filling, and healthy and I’ve noticed that I did not gained much weight today. But I will follow your advices and see how it works on me.

You look gorgeous! I'm always surprised, I live in Sweden, and here 55 kg is very thin! I think maybe it is European bonestructure and genetics, so girls here from Sweden are heavier 🥰. ahh I wish I had seen this video much earlier, now that I finished watching it I realize how wrong I was, I did everything you said but the opposite. Now I understand why I wasn't losing weight, thank you for presenting these wonderful and essential tips😍🥰
I was also so fixiated with dieting previously, I lost so much weight that I ended up having anorexia :< It took me so long to recover both mentally and physically, now I'm a lot better but one thing I learnt is how eating normally does not make you fat! I really hope everyone does not diet the wrong way :< Love your contents!
