Child sacrifice happens & often is linked to poverty and superstition. The practitioners believe that there is great supernatural power in sacrificing children, the incidents spike during hard times. I agree. Sadly so much just is not getting out. They think we don't care and belittle the character of society . Most have good hearts and actually want to help I believe but education etc doesn't teach about career paths in charity in humanitarian works . So the world gets stuck in nine till well 6 ,7 these days and then the commuting added on and zapped just trying to live to pay the bills whilst the world's humanitarian crisis just carries on fought by a select few. I think if people had opportunity and knew how to help people generally would want too.youth just aren't informed to aspire to these things . Myself included . Unless maybe they say oh when you retire you volunteer for a charity shop .or volunteer in free time which sometimes isn't viable . That sounds terrible but modern life ,I'm guilty of it.I always have in my mind I want to do something and I'm not ashamed to say I just don't know how too . I'm working all the hours and trying to make my family ,but I do feel I'm not making any difference. I work in a court and see a lot of sadness there . It all mostly stems from social sociatal issues , wealth , low opportunities , education etc . World over too I would imagine.

In Greece and all over the Balkans it was common practice to build people inside foundation columns or even walls of important bridges or castles to ensure that the spirit would protect the construction so that his/her body would remain whole and safe. For decades we were taught the very popular traditional song "The Bridge of Arta" thinking it was just a story but then walls were X-rated and they found skeletons inside, usually of virgin girls. Then, while we were building our own house two years ago, they said that it is common practice to sacrifice a rooster and spill its blood on the foundation to keep the building standing. I reckon it's a more innocent version of the original practice of human sacrifices...

Above all, Child sacrifices are ABHORRENT to God, therefore the devil, who is ever opposed to God, has convinced many people to perform these acts of evil in exchange for Good things in this world. I’m in shock to know this actually happens it’s terrible to think in the world people actually sacrifice children. It’s devastating. She is a living angel to help these children. So much she does to to help these children. There should be more people in the world like her that pushes for change to stop abuse of children. I wish her all the best.

@@altenberg-greifenstein I don't think they could be charged before for possessing witchcraft paraphernalia or handling human body parts. There would be a mistrial if the police tried to charge them with the murder of an unidentified person using their body parts as evidence. There is also a need for these people to be classified differently so they don't get charged under involuntary manslaughter and get off with a lower sentence.

@@digitallocations1423 its interesting how women are accused of being witches and killed/persecuted yet these male "witch doctors" with no power are out here hurting and killing children freely..."witchcraft" in itself is not the issue. This is a very powerful woman, glad to hear her story. As for the uncle who murdered his nephew so heinously, he didn’t need a trial, justice was served. The children that survive those types of horrifying ordeals don’t need the added traumas of the court not giving a proper sentencing and monsters walking free.

Thank you, Annie, for what you do, thank you so, so much. You're golden. ♥

What a brave courageous woman!! This was so moving! If we as humanity would stop caring so much about status and stupid tangible things and start putting more effort into caring for our fellow man this world would be a completely different place. This woman on her own made such an impact, what if we could all try to do the same. This gave me such motivation and encouragement, I’ve always wanted to get involved and be apart of something that actually mattered. God bless you girl, thank you for paving the way for more to follow in your footsteps.

Maybe even Over time sending prayers and/or money to organizations who hope to help children and communities. That is what I have meant when I have said I had "watched (something) happening" for a period of time . Just my guess though!

We have to wonder why people act so dramatic when asking for OP's clarification online, especially when the real drama/trauma is much more of a reason to bring people together, understanding each other without having to agree with everything or even deeply relate to join together to fight oppression instead of bicker in the comments saying "whatever on Earth" could you possibly mean because I just simply Cannot understand how someone can watch something they cannot see..... Lol no offense though. But there Are just Better ways to ask for clarification than being rude, or being doubtful in a dismissive way. I am not trying to be rude but I see this often and it's disappointing.

Its still evil, yes but adding that its cultural tells you whats causing this Saying its not cultural its evil is like saying "its not a hate crime, its just evil" you're right about it being evil but let's not forget what's causing this, let's not forget there are thugs willing to track this girl or other activists down because they think it's preserving their culture Its evil, it's horrific but don't try and remove the title of what this is or what's causing it
