Change your diet ,remove chicken ,beef ,pork , minimum seafood,veggies, fruits,remove SUGAR! ESPECIALLY REFINED NO ALCOHOL... minimum,no dairy all these things are inflammatory, last but not least exercise,pray and last resort surgery ,🙏🏾🙏🏾it's all pain management ..God bless you ❤️

@@godsnotdonewithyouyet6955 underwent surgery 2months back.. now that pain is not there.. i am unable to tolerate that pain.. i am a vegetarian.. not even dairy products.. but the pain was unbearable..
