@Manohar Batra (College to Corporate) hello sir, I'm a fresher & my candidature got withdraw by well known service based MNC, despite having LOI. But, fortunately i could convince them to give me another chance and they agreed conditionally that we'll try and this will be purely based on businesses requirement. Also, gave written statement for the same. Now they started onboarding to leftover candidates from my batches. Now i'm drafting a follow-up mail so asking ur suggestions what strong or beneficial point i should highlight so that unko lage ki ye insaan such me joining deserve karta hai😅 Regards.

If you look just by salary then no but if company numbers are not that good then you should ask will the company survive for next 2 years. As if they need to cut the cost you might be the first in the line as you are getting paid well and with your budget can survive for longer while taking some hits.
