1) No guarantee TCS will give project in Hyderabad only. Most Managers are bloodsuckers in TCS and will force you to change the city and office location. Even you will get a mail on the joining dat that your office location has been changed. If you don't take the project on other location, you are on bench, good luck getting any project. I was fired for the same reason. 2) There is no job guarantee in TCS. Many employees are first torchered by HR , asked to change office every 3 month, work in night/rotating shift. And then they will say performance issue and then fire.

I worked at startup which is shut down. PF was not there, salary was in cash or sometimes delayed. That was the reason of leaving. Now the company is asking bank statement of 6 yrs ago or remove experience and accept low salary. Experience letter, salary slip, offer letter , client projects, knowledge etc is not sufficient. Even big product companies didn't ask, but they were offering low salary so I refused, now regretting.

I also faced an issue where the company released me early before my notice period. There was a policy they have mentioned in the offer letter . I resigned and didn't serve the notice period. I need to pay the notice period amount. But in this case of early release, i wrote an email to the CEO of the company. I got my amount for the rest period.

On youtube everyone is there, just to sell there content get views and make money.No one is there to tell you the actual solution.First scenario in which company is not replying ,just file a complaint at local labour office .They will inturn send a notice to the company.After that company will inturn call you to take the relieving and experience.You can also start as fresher or have a fake experience that I won't recommend, but make sure the company exists and replues to bgv query.Best option to go with labour court Second scenario if you are at tier-2 city and in 30 % tax bracket and near your hometown or at your home location , until and unless you are getting a package of 15 lakh more that the current it doesn't make any sense to switch to a tier -1 city.

Hi Mohan Bhai, I got call from X company and I cleared two technical round and HR called to me scheduled MR Round...but that round doesn't happened After fews days I get called from other Y company and I cleared two technical rounds and after that they took all my documents over email, HR discussion happened about CTC part and they said will give you offer letter in this week ...but that week doesn't came till now.... This all happened with me in just one month 😢 in August 2024
