I socred 99 in Maths (Standard) in class 10 2022-23 board exam without coaching. I would suggest do as much practice as you can right from the beginning. It's not SST or English which can be done at the last moment & still you can score enough marks. So be consistent & regular with your maths practice. For mathematics, practice is the key (avoid calculator during practice) Now thee question is where to practice questions from? NCERT's exercise & example both ar must. By doing this much only (if you do it thoroughly) you might touch 90 but still it depends on so many other factors. (In the beginning of the session or when you're doing the chapters for the first time rely on ncert only, that's enough.) While studying the chapters for the first time you can go for exemplar too (optional, but it's a great book) Second is sample papers. Around the time of November-December when your PreBoards must be going on, start giving mocks. I mean to say, lock yourself in a room for correct 3hrs 15 minutes, with no calculator or any other help at all. I used Educart sample paper & it's great. It has plenty of PYQs, competency based questions, conceptual problmes, HOTS etc so yeah you can consider that. Get all the accessories you are going to use in final exam like your pen, ruler, watch & start solving the sample paper in neat & clean writing (don't think oh I'll do roughly here but would nail it in the exam hall. No you wouldn't be able to do so. Hence practice it from now itself) Finish the paper in the time limit only. Do this strictly & daily. Now when you'll start giving mocks, you would be able to figure out your strengths & weaknesses, your qualities & drawbacks etc. Observe them & work on them. For example time limit, sometimes we know the answers but can't finish the paper on time so work on it. You'll be able to make a full fledged stratergy by this time about how to ATTEMPT the paper. Decide how much time to give to which section & the order of attempting the questions is equally important. So keep all this things in mind & while solving the paper (or sample paper) karm Karo, fal ki chinta Mt kro. Perform your action only (that is solving the questions) and don't think about the results. Good luck mate ❤
