Hello. I'm a Diploma nurse from Nigeria. I heard foreign nurses in Saudi Arabia are paid base on years of experience. Do you mean Diploma Nurses are not paid base on years of experience? I have 19 years of experience. Does it mean my years of experience will not determine my pay package?
