I've sent out about 300 applications for a Praktikumplatz in Germany and Austria, got a few interviews but I was finally rejected by all of them. I'm looking for an intership in a hotel, I speak 6 languages (German B1 and they are asking for C1-C2 or native), I'm older than 35,single, no children and I'm not German (E.U. citizen though). All my applications etc are in German. Why do I keep getting rejected although they seem interested in me? I'm feeling so overwelmed!

I will get in the internship phase in next semester - it's a mandatory part of all German FH. I also feel quite hard to look for an internship position in automation/robotic field so I plan to look for internship in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan,....

An internship is you going into a company and trying a profession (typically lasts between 1 and 12 months) Ausbildung is a full education path (usually takes multiple years) and you get a certificate at the end

At universities of applied sciences, there is usually a mandatory internship. This is why Bachelor's degrees are 3,5 years I'm currently doing my mandatory internship :)
