Do not take baclofen. It will increase your risk of falls. HSP is another one of life’s healthy challenges. If I didn’t have it, then I would be average.

Hi i love what you do im so happy to see that i hope you will be good but please i have my sister she have this hsp but her hands are sick and in my country they don't know this dsease so please help me and thank you and good luck

There are no cures so even with a diagnosis the most doctors can do is prescribe a mild muscle relaxer like Baclofen to help with spasticity. Other than that stretching and exercising are it. Massage can help symptoms too. Good luck to you and your sister.
