Hi Sir, 190 and 491 are PR pathways. While 482 is a work visa which you cannot apply on your own. Company has to provide you a job here first. 482 visa is already explained in the video

Hey, thank you so much😊 The company was offering me temporary hotel accommodation for 2 weeks. But I told them that I needed a relocation allowance instead on that, so they offered me 3500AUD for everything. The company didn’t help me to find a permanent accommodation, I did that on my own via sites like domain and Realestate. Hope I answered your question
