HOW I GOT DIAGNOSISED WITH POTS THE JOURNEY [ARI THE INKSTRESS]

I hope to bring awareness to the rare disease I live with and also encourage others to pick up their brushes and explore the happiness which can be found in the expressive mark making with the medium of ink. My logo is me in a squid hat, I am an inkstress, ink is my passion and paper is the vehicle in which I express myself.
Join me on an artistic journey, lets explore ink and the wonderful pictures we can articulate with this versatile medium. My name is Ari and I am an inkstress. I get tongue tied regularly due to dyslexia but I will not allow it to stop me from doing something I enjoy.
I aim to raise awareness for rare conditions and bring about hope for others living with chronic health conditions. I live with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, hyperPOTS, and MCAS. I have a blog where I write about chronic illness.

My bp as of yet only spikes sometimes but spikes drastically. It can last minutes hours or days, but in between bp low 80s/60s so idl what can help me. I think a bp medicaton will make me bottom out. Its hard to live like this i can not evem go 5 min away from my house as a passenger in a car without spiking hypertensive 😢

Are you able to stand and walk normally now? And what type of blood test did they do?

The blood test is to check for high norepinephrine in the blood that is how hyperPOTS is diagnosed where I live. I am not sure what you mean by walk normally? And standing is an issue for most POTS patients.
