I love seeing the hard work that other valuable members of the Cardinals organization put into making sure the players on the team are functioning at a high level. It's great that they are also teaching the players how to take better care of themselves so that they can take that knowledge with them, even if they change teams or don't make the roster. Gardecky gave an excellent tour coupled with a self-deprecating sense of humor and questions that really helped us learn about Taylor and Jess's personal backgrounds and their professional duties.

This is a great video, very informative, and nice to meet this awesome staff! I was worried that Dennis was still in Big Mac mode??? (Yikes!) People typically do not comprehend how fundamentally important diet is to our lives and especially for professional athletes. Here in this country most folks are conditioned to what is called SAD (Standard American Diet) which can be overtly debilitating to our heath. Processed foods, sugar, carbohydrates, seed oils, the list can be long and complicated. This is why Jess and Taylor are to be Honored and Recognized for the awesome work they are doing for the HEALTH of the team and organization... Excellent work sharing with us the people behind the scenes!!! Thank you Mr. Bidwill.
