Hello! During my years, there's no possibility of a scholarship increase (although they can decrease it if you don't reach their target GPA for each percentage of scholarship). Not sure if this has changed, but do email the school for an updated policy! Hope this helps.

Hi! In the year that I applied, SAT was not required. However, this may have changed, so I would advise double checking with the official TIU website (if it is required, then I would assume that the higher the score, the higher the chance of getting accepted/receiving a scholarship).

Yes, as part of the English proficiency requirement! But you can also submit other tests such as TOEFL, etc instead of IELTS :)
