And I think most people suffer from this bloody anxiety attacks but hawajui ni nini wana suffer from coz the first time I experienced panic anxiety attacks I thought I'm dying i thought I was going mad 😮

I smoke weed everyday but in the evening after work and after completing everything I prepared to do in the morning, weed is not good but for you to be in a good mental space when doing drugs you also have to be very very present, ata meditation has to be focused on realistic stuff not eutopia, yaani you have to so present mpaka when you notice something wrong with your mental health you stop for a few days even something as small as a headache. Am not trying to encourage anyone to start smoking because it might be the only decision that destroys your whole life but for those who consume it understand that discipline is everything and your life cannot be dependant on any drug.
