Congratulations Please what increased your chance of getting nominated? Did your work experience contribute to it?

I’m not sure if there was a particular thing that increased my chances of getting nominated. However, I had a Teer 3 job at the time I applied, I schooled in Manitoba and also live and work in Manitoba. So those are some of the factors I believe increased my chances.
