I've been searching for hours trying to find a colour that is this exact colour. I thought maybe I need to mix an orange and pink together. The colour is the exact image I think of when thinking of rose gold. Trying this tomorrow. Xx

The pink and yellow with the white works too but if you have yellow tones in Your hair hair try a swatch of the pink right on the hair that might work too because your getting the orange/yellow from your own hair.

Great vid! Straight to the point and simple easy to get formula. i watched like 4 videos about diy rose gold color and you would not believe the convoluted formulas and concoctions people were doing not to mention much more damaging as they were doing semi to permanent mixes with like 20 volume developers....insane!! and the color didnt turn out half as good as yours. I’m dying over your end result, and I’m sad after only 3 washes it faded away😢 it’s so beautiful- you should get an application color bottle from Sally’s & mix up your own little color kicker conditioner w/the Artic Fox colors you used, then like every other wash you can freshen up the color and keep the color intact ~ do flattering on you & so glamorous! Such a perfect color !!!

If you are tired of Grey, purple and yellow tones, try colourmask Rose Quartz. Try Add half a teaspoon in your blondetoner and check the colour after 5, 10 minutes. I have tried both with 9 golden blonde toners, 10 light ash blonde and 11 iced or platina toners or bleach. The pink counteract with yellow, light orange and Grey tones.

Oh no! I just bought Virgin Pink and Cosmic Sunshine but your hair with the Orange and pink turned out exactly like what I'm attempting to go for (I have around the same pre-lightened hair color as you as well). I can't cancel the order now so I'm just going to go with it but if it doesn't turn out well then I'll just chalk it up and get the orange. *sigh*

Help!! Sophie was you hair already dyed or toned before you did this? I am trying this and my hair is the exact shade as yours but it is already toned and have some ashy parts due to the purple shampoo. Ordered dyes already, think it will work?

This is 9 months too late 😂😂😂 but yes I had highlighted hair here that already had been toned and also purple shampooed! It had been a few months since I had it dyed though so would have been fairly washed out. Your hair sounds similar to mine 🖤🤍

Hey hun, no problem! Yes the really pale lavender coloured product is Arctic Mist, its more of a diluter than a dye, makes the colours come out more pastel! I'd say you could always use a regular conditioner instead and it would do the same trick! xx

It depends on the conditioner, if it is white and parabens free, it totally works, I have used it several times to get pastel tones and has worked for me, which brand are you using? Hope to help :)
