For basic it job you don't need any course, but if you really think it will be better then go head, for specific purpose you can pay money and do course bro like data scientist and all, because whatever you are investing it should repay you, my advice learn by yourself and try few interviews you can definitely crack

There are roles which involves communication like product manager, business analyst and all, you can learn any language and start applying but only few companies hire non engineering and non cs background for it roles, it's upto your recruiter to select your application, but you can try anyway

im 2018 passed out mechanical engineering, Is there any ways to get IT Job as fresher in 2022 ? I learning python online but continuous ah padika mudiyala any tips for learning the code continuously without breaks because after some days of break if i start to learn I have to start from beginning!

4 years gap is long but you can try in startups, spend every day one hour like 4-5 pm it will become a pattern then you can learn easily, whenever learning any concept like if condition or tuples practice it so you become expertise in it.
