I took a plan b within the 24 window and I was at my highest point of ovulating the day I took it and I’m here to update that the plan b ended up working I got my period a week earlier was due for it the 22nd and got it on the 16th lol😂😂 for the women in my similar situation I turned to KZbin also for answers

Watching this after I just took two early pregnancy tests. I was ovulating, and I made a mistake, but I was exhausted so went to sleep and I decided to get the pill around 20 hours after. The tests came out negative and I am having horrible cramps, wish me luck!! Edit: I just discovered I started my period, and I’m gonna lay down now.

I’m almost 10 days late and I took a plan b I’m kinda getting scared 🥲 I wasn’t ovulating either, is it ok if I wait two weeks to use a test??? It was a week before I expected my period and I took it right after 😓

The way it works is by delaying the ovulating process but if you are already ovulating then it might not work. But if you take it before you start to ovulate then yes! It will work so track your ovulating cycles lady’s!!!!

@@caseywallenfelsz8141 plan b works in two ways, to delay ovulation but if ovulation has already occurred plan b will increase a mucous that will trap the sperm and prevent it from fertilizing the egg. Ovulation is a process so it’s not like a timer goes off and bang you are now ovulating. So if your ovulation wasn’t delayed then that means that the ovulation process was already in progress and was to late but plan b can still be affective as I mentioned by using mucous to trap the sperm. It’s a tricky process so you shouldn’t rely on it, it’s only for emergencies as your last ditch option but if you are actually using it as a contraceptive then you are putting yourself at risk because if the timing is just right you might end up using it during a day in which it’s least affective or not affective at all. Have you ever been on birth control? There are many great options to choose from.

I just took plan b at 12:30 am today which is Saturday, will it fail? And did you get any side effects from the pill even if you found out later you were pregnant? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I regret taking it as I’m afraid since it says it can stop a fertilized egg from implanting.

Hi thanks for subscribing 🤍 I was also freaked out it said it could stop it from implanting but it doesn’t actually do that it only stops you from ovulating. And yes I had severe cramps from the plan B for about 5 days after taking it. Don’t feel guilty for taking it.

Ugh I’m so nervous! I’ve taken plan b in the past & it’s always worked! But I didn’t know back then about the ovulation thing & I didn’t track my cycle back then either. So I’d like to know if I was ever ovulating during those times! Anyways we have a 1 year old now and I DO NOT want anymore! I don’t do well on birth control and we’ve been using condoms since he was born but we had a total heat of the moment night the other night. The kind where there’s no protection and ur both about to get off at the same time so u say “just do it” 🤦‍♀️ afterwards I swear I didn’t even have my pants zipped yet before I was running out the door to cvs for the pill! I took it immediately and then started doing some research. I read about the ovulation thing and got my phone out and opened my app and sure enough it was my peak day!! That was 6 days ago and today I noticed a lot of brown blood, even tho my period isn’t due for 8 days. I’m also on a diet and exercising a lot (finally losing the baby weight a year later)-and have lost a decent amount of weight so I’m wondering if that has something to do with my cycle. From what I’m reading, this does seem a little heavier than implantation bleeding, but lighter than a period! It also seems like it’s a bit early for the implantation bleeding, but not impossible! It could also be side effects from the plan b! I’m just praying that I’m not pregnant! I will be devastated! I had horrible PPD and hated the newborn stage. And my life was FINALLY getting easier as my son reached a year old!! Pray for me!!!! Lol

I took plan B on July 28th right after 2 days of my end period. Then I started bleeding on August 3rd (which show in Flo app the day I am ovulating) for 4 days. It's stop. And then on August 16th I start have brown/black discharge come with red blood then it's stop 3 days. But just a little bit not much. I supposed to have my period yesterday. So I took a plan b on the day of unprotected sex…My cycle just went like 3days prior..Now I’m my cycle been missing for 30 days ! All test came back negative even the blood test😩 due for an ultrasound soon, I just don’t know what’s going on.In took plan b before never had this issue but showing not pregnant talk about somebody freaking out, on top of that I had spotting for 1 day last month lasted a few minutes so I felt it was implantation this is so confusing..I am on ani depressants but wouldn’t the blood test still show something I would guess?? I had sex yesterday and he used a condom which was good. Currently not on any BC and ended up taking plan B one step a few hours after I did it even though protection was used. But I’m still paranoid. I did notice some mild nausea this morning but not too bad. Look into the copper IUD which has no hormones.
