I was deactivated for Fraud, which was false. I sent an appeal on Monday morning, a few hours after deactivation but it was denied. I was reactivated early Friday evening by #gigwhiz. When appealing, i made sure i included images/evidence along with the appeal letter but it was still turned down.

Got deactivated I submitted my appeal and they said they will stand with the deactivation tried making another account when I sign up it says take a picture of license and face and when I do that it says can’t verify your identity so we cannot continue with the sign up process. Came on KZbin and found comments about #gigwhiz. I’m back! I really enjoy dashing cause of the money I make with it.

I woke up for my scheduled dash to the email my account has been deactivated for the independent agreement violation or something like that. It says they received a report about abusive language. The only situation I recall is the other day at Jersey Mike's, one of their employees asked if I wanted to buy some weed. I don't mind thst stuff at all but got bothered by it and said something to the guy. After he hands me the order i started leaving and he and three others started following me out of the store. Then I said something to them. Hours later I was deactivated. I appealed but they ignored me. Found the feedbacks about #gigwhiz helping dashers and gave it a shot. I enjoy doing this. My ratings are exceptional in all categories.

Been a full time dasher for 2 yrs and worked everyday with a 4.95-4.97 rating for the most part. I was suspended over fraud which I'm not even for sure what I did or how I did it. I finished a double order one day an after I hit complete order I was suspended shortly after. I tried to appeal and was denied. Our stats r pretty similar. I'm at 4.96 customer rating, 22% acceptance, my completion rate was 93, but I had to drop a stack Friday so I'm at 91%..won't b dropping any more for a while! My on time or early rate is 94%! Lol! So I think the deactivation was for getting late to my delivery point,but the above name helped me get back to work.

I had one customer claim they didn’t get their order which I sent proof into customer service about and another customer I received another violation for extreme lateness. Because they lived on a military base and I of course was not able to get on that base. I contacted support and I ended up meeting the customer at the visitor center after she took her time. I was told this is not my fault and not to worry it would be sorted. I appealed being deactivated and they denied my appeal stating I some how broke the rules. I honestly did everything right and still being treated like I cheated and lied somehow. If not for the intervention of Gigspade on the matter, I would still be counting my losses

Freak snowstorm caused me to not be able to deliver to 8-10 customers. The following day my account was deactivated. I’ve delivered 10k orders faithfully and all it took was one day for my account to deactivate. Called support and they said it wouldn’t be a problem ro reactivate as there were “no notes written as to why.” Account still wasn't activated. I found out about GIGWHIZ when I read the comments on several videos. Well I guess I'm one of those comments now since I'm also recommending their services. I’ve been full time dashing for about 4 months now, and just recently reached 1000 orders. However, about 1 week ago I was deactivated mid shift without any notification or email. When I called support, I was told to just file an appeal. The problem with this was that the form to appeal a deactivation required a reason and an explanation of what happened. I went back and forth with the support for a few minutes trying to explain this but they just kept telling me all I could do was file an appeal. So I filed it, and put the reason as I don’t know and explained that I did not receive any email or notification telling me why I was deactivated. Yesterday I followed navigation and it led me to a house that I believed to be my delivery point, but a few hours after I dropped it off, I received "your account has been deactivated ". Comes to find out I accidentally delivered to the wrong address. So I headed back to that location and to my surprise the items are still there, I load it up and take them to the correct place and wrote a note to customer explaining what had happened. Didn't help. A while back, I delivered to the wrong house cuz google maps screwed me and it was a “leave at door” order. Later that day I get a notification that my account was deactivated and could no longer be reactivated. I messaged support and explained my situation and apologized. I had a 5 star rating, and had been one of the first people in my areas to work for Instacart. They treated me like garbage. I became depressed because I couldn’t work. The n i read through the comments and found out I could reactivate my account through a third party which was Gigwhiz in my case. So I dashes last night and my tire got a hole in my tire so only did half a day. I was going to dash today and I got an email saying it's under investigation. I got deactivated this morning after 16 monthly of driving for them. They said cause of a criminal background check. Funny thing is I already had a background check 4 months ago for this year. There was no reason to check again. I filed for PUA because they were slow in my area all summer. Then I get de-activated for a offence from 2003, but not before I have 860+ deliveries with them. They are trolls dude. I've been noticing it on my app and payout. Luckily for me I was recommended to *spiketechs* via nstagram by a friend of mine, and he actually did an amazing job. No email letting me know I was deactivated. I called, they were unable to give me a reason as to why I've been deactivated, and only offered that I can appeal it even though I have no idea what I'm even appealing. I sent the appeal 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back. I had given up and thought I would get a waitressing job down at my local diner but for Gigspade. He got me back my account in less than two hours

Today i got fired for taking picture with facemask. They asked for proof and i sent them my drivers license and told it was genuine mistake since i drive with facemask all the time. Unbelievable! After one year of pandemic service and high customer rating this is how they treat you! I never in my wildest dream thought they would fire me for uploading picture with facemask! I'm just glad to be back. Wow!!! Guys this Orwadecyber is a good he got me back with a discounts even.
