You have to balance poor attention span with the fact you need to get to 4000 hours to monitise. I rarely click on videos over 15 minutes. Five to Ten is better. It depends on content of course. If you drag out a simple topic too long, you lose attention span. If you try to teach a course on Java programming in five minutes, you won't have good content.
