Dealing with bad skin can be tiresome sometimes so here some tips i applied that helped me alot in my skincare journey
1. Establish a Consistent Skincare Routine: Cleanse your face twice a day, moisturize, and use products targeted for your skin concerns.
2. Be Gentle: Avoid harsh scrubbing or using hot water, as it can irritate your skin. Opt for gentle, non-comedogenic products.
3. Protect from the Sun: Wear sunscreen daily to protect your skin from harmful UV rays, which can worsen skin issues.
4. Hydrate and Eat Well: Stay hydrated and maintain a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and veggies to support overall skin health.
5. Avoid Touching Your Face: Touching your face can transfer dirt and bacteria, leading to breakouts. Try to keep your hands away.
