I understand the number thing lol!! We tend to personally self punish if we don't reach our personal self appointed goal and we're aware it's ridiculous and it's a personal principle of the matter🤣. We're also hardest on ourselves. For what it's worth I think your doing awesome and you should be proud of yourself!!

Brian your looking really good you are starting to get that 6 pack going. I've had this weird thought. And I've said this on my own Facebook page. You do have a six-pack it's just heavily insulated. Anyway I'm proud of you you're looking good like I said. I myself have been struggling with my weight loss I got down to 245 and then get back up to 266 which was not good and now I'm back down to 259 which I'm grateful. I've been trying to get myself down to a partial goal weight which is 200 lb. And then I'm going to go from there hopefully to get down to 160 and then from there maybe 135 lbs.

Back in 2014 I got shredded down to 170 lbs but I noticed my strength was not as good although I could at that time still pr bench 315 at 170 I was in far better shape than I was before that I was 230 lbs benching 400. I was in ok shape at 230 but heavier with high blood pressure not erratic but high none to less. I got down to 170 running laps best shape of my life. I injured my tricep working out and from there kinda gave up on the heavier lifting and use resistance bands. I need to get back on that wagon.

Lol thanks, you're looking great and I need to get back on the wagon. I kinda fell off after my triceps injury back in 2017. Hard to maintain takes alot of work and dedication and cutting down on bad carbs and sugars that get stored in the liver. Don't ever give up on a favorite food cheat days are allowed.

You're inspiration helps keep my attitude on board but I'm not getting younger and I should try to get in a bit better shape than I'm in now not in horrible shape just overweight kinda solid but still overweight. I get winded if I exert myself too hard but can still hang in there.

I think you should go for body fat percentage rather than weight because of fat to muscle ratio

Totally. That's really what I'm going for. I figure if I can get to 172 while continuing to resistance train and keep protein high I should be able to hit about 12%

Pythons just acting hilarious today, JEEZ!! No big harm done, they were just being silly/hungry pythons. Hopefully can turn it around for the snakes and add it to the remembering to trust you side. Right? Because they’re GONNA get fed, you’re certainly NOT a predator, so just a learning/memory moment for them. I just have to laugh when I get bites from my animal friends/pets/etc. 99% of the time, no actual harm meant, 1% of the time they got scared (and it’s usually my fault lol)

So I know you've bought into the idea that plants are good for you, but I promise you that you can absolutely reach your goals and never be hungry if you just stick to carnivore... Try it for a month and I promise you will never want another plant in your stomach again!
