This is the video everyone wanted but didn't know how to ask for. The last tip you gave is something I always strongly believed, and it is what brought me to you in the first place. I am going to put this up on Google Classroom for my learners and encourage them to follow you. Your topical worksheets have been invaluable, and for that reason, I will continue to donate as and when I can. Let's schedule a videochat soon and discuss further how we can work together. A million thank yous. Best regards from SA.

Hello I'm currently doing year 1 under Cambridge, doing MPC and Computer Science, I want to write this year , A level in one year , yeah I know😂 but I'm still determined anyway, please give me advice and guidance. I hope this founds it's way to you.

Hi. 1 year is is not much time, you're probably going to have to put in a lot of work. Like a lot! But if you're really committed and disciplined its possible to follow through with this and do well. My advice would be, first figure out what grades you want to achieve. Then come up with some sort of timetable that you'll follow religiously throughout the whole year. Find someone to hold you accountable to this, a teacher, friend, parent, whatever works for you. Follow your timetable. Its all about consistency. I want you to think of it this way. If you study a subject for 30 minutes everyday for four months, that means you have spent 60 hours studying that particular subject. And you'll find that you'll get more out of doing this than if you occasionally studied for 5 hours a day. So in a nutshell, be disciplined and be consistent, and you'll probably achieve your goals. I wish you all the best in this journey. Best of luck!

Hi, is there anyone you recommend for chemistry? I loved the files you've compiled for maths (alas i do mechanics instead of stats but i found the p1 one very helpful)

what channel did you use for Chem ? ..... How many years of past papers did you do ?
@GCEALevelMaths97099 ай бұрын
To be completely honest with you I didn't have any particular channels that I used. I would just search up the concept I wanted to learn. The only one I remember using is Snaprevise, I know it covers AQA exam board but most of the concepts are the same. And I would just go there to learn a concept, making sure that I stick to my syllabus points. If I come across any good channels I'll let you know.

@@GCEALevelMaths9709 how many years of past papers did you do?
@GCEALevelMaths97099 ай бұрын
@@amanuelyemane6553 I tried not to focus too much on the number of past papers but the amount of value I was getting from each paper. So I would try to analyze each paper that I did so that I didn't make the same mistakes over and over again. But to answer your question, anywhere from 2 to 4 years because it varied across the subjects and between AS and A2 Level.

do you have a specific website you used for topical questions for Chem and biology. im also from zim, and am way behind and feel like im not smart enough. thanks for the maths notes and questions, been looking for a very very long time
@GCEALevelMaths97094 ай бұрын
It's not about being smart, it's about putting in the work. Anyone can get good grades by simply working hard on the right things. I don't have any specific websites. You can do what I did, which is to open past papers and only do questions on the topic you're studying. So if you're doing organic chemistry, you can go through 10 past papers only doing the organic questions. It's a bit tedious but it's probably the best option. I wish you all the best!
