My trick for how i grew my hair: castor oil+ coconut oil+ olive oil+ argan oil. I apply all these mixed weekly, every Sunday. I had it cut on January a bit below my shoulders and now it's closer to my butt. Take this receipt for granted. It 100% works.

Having curls basically makes is necessary to wash your hair AT LEAST every other day :(( It's so annoying, because I know it makes it super dry, but otherwise you walk around with a bird's nest on your head... Straight haired people seriously don't appreciate enough how easy their hair is

As I also said in the video, how often you need to wash it depends on your hair, but I generally still would say the longer you can go, the better, especially if your hair is dry :)

Thank you for this informative video! You just said one thing that is untrue : you do not have a length that is determined by our genes. Actually the hair grows old and gets weak. So imagine your ends are like 4 years old : they break. So the hair still goes out of your scalp : it grows! But the ends break at the same time so you end up having the same length. So girls cut your ends once in a while and you will see your hair growing longer again :)

However your hair in your scalp does not know how long is your hair « outside » so if your hair stops growing you either have a medical condition or your hair is broken and needs a trim. Same thing happens with nails etc

I suggest you do a black hair color and see if 3 months if you don’t have blonde roots even tho you still have the same length
