this is annoyingly true, i recently had the best match of my career in an m4a1 at 3.3, fended off the entire enemy team on factory at A for so long but my team just couldnt keep themselves together, eventually i died and the mission ended with a solid 14 kills and like 3500 spawn points, too bad i couldnt nuke because 3.3

I decided to dust off my jagdpanther the other day and I had the best game of my War Thunder career. It was on "American town" and I found a nasty hull down spot along the train tracks and defended B the entire game. I got something like 16 kills, and the front of my tank by the end of it had an ungodly amount of dents in it from all the bounced shots. Amazing tank honestly

Hey Bawz, I don't think I've ever seen you play the AMX-30 DCA. It's probably imo one the most fun and effective early radar guided SPAA that I've played. I remember one time I got 8 air kills in the premium Do-335 in ground rb because everyone kept trying to head on me. Had they not and just gone for me from above and behind, I would’ve been a sitting duck. That was years ago, but to this day is still the most ridiculous number of air kills I’ve had in ground rb.

6.0 is 95% 6.3 games hands down my favorite BR. I play US with T20 F4U4B, Germany with this lineup, Russia with the IS2 and TisMa, and Britan with the Cen MK1 Wyvern. I bring full lineups but those are my main vehicles in them. Hands down best fun in the game

I’m about to get this premium behemoth. My style of f play for tanks has always been the German TDS in all the tanks games I’ve played. That route you’ve first taken in Berlin is my favourite, sometimes you can lucky, especially if you’re on the other team and get to take out a few tanks coming the way you’ve just come.

Sometimes I feel like getting too many kills can hurt your team just because your team isn’t getting those kills themselves for SP. Had so many games where I had a huge number of kills and my team was all back to hangar with just 1/3 the kills I had between the entire team. They all had run out of SP while I had over 4000.

Managed to nail a pair of T28 Turtles on Poland, on the A point, in my Puma. 50mm go boop. Got up beside one, got his commander and driver with a side shot. Drove behind the 2nd, staying close enough that his .50 couldnt aim down at me, rinse and repeat side shots with APCR because they have no Commanders to gun, and no drivers or transmissions to respond. Farmed a solid 2 or 3 criticals off each of them >:3

Yooo OddBawZ what are you playing in D&D? Absolutely love your content and seeing you play germany is great. Jagdpanther is an impressive powerhouse with good armor and a great gun. It's hard to always face these near invincible soviet and allied tanks so it feels good to give them back the love with the Jagdpanther. It's really hard for me to leave the 6.0 BR to get the more advanced tanks just because I feel soo powerful in the lower BRs but in the higher ones I instantly die. Would you mind making a video on high rank gameplay or a little "tips and tricks" video? I have seen some people claim to be good and give advice but in their videos they usually just are lucky and have bad tactics or positioning. But with your gameplay and the amount of videos I've seen from you it's easier to really understand how to play like a pro. You somehow just know the game and when to advance and when to stay back. It's really fun watching you. Keep it up!

The T-34 driver's hatch is actually very strong in real life. Its 75mm at 60 degrees, and you shot it at an impact angle of around 70-75 degrees, which is a LOS of 220 - 300 mm.

Yeah no. It was actually a massive weak spot that weakened the structure around it, realistically anything over 75mm would actually cause an overpressure and cave it in. Unfortunately because of how ordinances work in WT, only artillery shells can do that.

The only reason he died in both games was because A: Volumetrics doing the funny, and B: Revenge Bombing CAS. the ATGM thing is more of an issue of stupidly compressed BR's and having the post war crazy stuff mixed in with relatively conventional vehicles. also AFAIK the biggest threat at 6.3/6.7 for vehicles with lots of armor is HEAT/HEATFS and less from ATGM's

The fact that it doesn't have a reverse and turret makes me play incredibly aggressive with the Jagdpanther. You can't just peak around a corner like a coward and go back once you shot. You swing around at 30km/h and one shot whatever is around there. Paired with a great gun, good (forwards-)mobility and decent survivability it's easily my favourite tank in the game.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone straight through the front of a panthers turret with a Sherman 75, but hit the same spot with the Challenger’s over 215mm at 30 degrees penetration sabot round and it doesn’t go through
