What works for me is after i give them a price is I follow up with " if this works for you let me know so I can go ahead and schedule you in with our guys" gives a sense of urgency id say to fit in the schedule.

I've been thinking that employees from the Philippines would be ideal employees for a service company dealing with the public. I have always found them to be polite, clean and honest with pleasant personalities. I know it's not correct to stereotype based on race but I tend to think of it as based on nationality, not race. Most of them tend to be Catholic with good morals and generally are non smokers. I've often wondered what it would be like to have a company with mainly Philippine employees. Now, thanks to your videos I'm hoping to find out what your experience has been. By the way your telephone sales skills are excellent. Everything you say to the customer sounds positive. Looking forward to more videos.

Great info. However, psychology, most people won’t pay attention to the context around the max large number you give. That number scares them off. Just a thought. You say you charge by the volume you use which makes total sense, but you always send an empty dump truck to your clients house, or do you just have your team give their best educated guess on the volume when you give your estimate? check my pricing video. but no, we do not send an empty dump truck, we start at the beginning of the day usually with an empty truck. and yes you just get good at knowing how much space it will use up. the customer will see too.

thanks for watching my man! def resell if you can! always resell, save anything you find, and resell! chemicals is tricky because cities have a certain amount you can 'legally' transport. however i didn't really listen. i bagged up all the paint, and took it to a place on the weekends that takes chemicals for free!

I would call 800 got junk and check their full load price. Rock the same price as them out there. If they don't have a branch out there, just call around and see what the prices are.

I’d like to provide some sales feedback…. Never use the word unfortunately!!! If the customer is describing an unfortunate circumstance you never want to validate that. You should always be the problem solver. I’m the case of this video, the only reason the minimum is unfortunate is because you’ve told the customer that is was by starting your statement out with unfortunately. I would recommend just educating the customer on the minimum.
