No one that hunts near bedding area is going to stomp on their stand and make noise.

Word of advise from Andrae (the guys who created this method of hunting). If you choose not to that’s your way and not being wrong with that. It also makes noise of the stand rubbing on bark when you toe hook it. So there will be some noise. The stump is subtle and quick. The cam is scratching noise. So choose which ever method you like.

I have t had any issues of the stomp near bedding yet. Shot a nice basket 6 point hr n 1/2 before last light this yr with the stop being done. I heard him get up and move to me… I was 80 yards away. Tried and proven take care.
