Thank you so much for doing this video. I have been using the P5P for about three weeks and my pain is gone. Taking the vitamins is all I have done this time. About a year ago I got cortisone shots in my hand, but the triggering and pain came back after about 8 or 9 months. My husband found your video and because I didn’t want to get more shots in my hand I decided to try the vitamins. It is amazing how well it works. I still can’t close my hand all the way, but I will continue taking the vitamins and I feel sure my hand will continue to heal. I will update this post when the healing is complete.

Thank you so much for the great video! I have trigger thumb. I intuitively know that I can heal this naturally. I will talk with my doctor about B6 and what dose for me. I have been procrastinating searching for natural healing tips, but today I searched for "I healed trigger finger naturally" and there you were/are! Thank you!!! The more people who learn to heal naturally, the stronger our nation will be! To me surgery is usually the very last resort and in my view often oversold for reasons including ignorance and greed on the medical community's part and on the client's part a desire for the easy way, but surgery is actually not often the easy way at all, as you mentioned the costs, the rehab and also I will add the risks of medical mistakes. Many thanks!

Thank you for this video. I've recently gone through the same experience with "stuck" trigger thumb for 8 miserable months. I also read Dr. John Ellis' article and ordered the P-5-P (same brand as yours--I recognize the bottle--but ordered mine from Puritan's Pride). I took 2 per day. I also took Turmeric for inflammation and used a thumb splint when sleeping. After only one week, I was surprised when one day I could suddenly flex my thumb normally! At the 3 week point the trigger thumb was totally healed; I'm 6 weeks in and continuing to take the P-5-P for a while just to make sure my B6 deficiency is solved. I'm telling everyone I know about this natural remedy; and thank you for taking the time to make this video to help others.

Thanks for the information presently I have trigger finger on my right hand, the finger next to my little finger, I think I will try your process, I also had it before but on my left hand on my ring finger, I first had an injection, and in six months time it re-appeared, so I had surgery, which was successful. As you said it was very costly, and presently that money could do lots for me, so thanks again for the info, I will definitely try it. God bless.

Hi, thanks for posting this video. I am Brazilian and would like to comment a little about our problem. I had almost the same experience you had too. I'm 56 years old and I am a luthier, I build doublebasses and I'm also a musician. I had my first problem with triggered finger long ago and also had surgery on the middle finger of my right hand. After a few years I had the same problem with the index finger of the left hand. I had already scheduled a surgery when I met a guy named Pang here in Sao Paulo. This guy was a Brazilian descendant of Japanese who had studied many healing techniques in China and Japan. He did not even have a name to call his technique. The fact is that I looked for him, we became friends and he said he could cure me of the problem of the triggered finger. Along with his students he put my spine in place and time went by. I knew that just working the vertebrae would not be enough treatment for my problem until one day I took a friend who worked with me in my atelier because he had back pain. As Pang's students massaged and put his spine in place, Pang told me, "Let me look at your hand." He put his arm on mine, held my hand, and with a very fast and strong movement, did his magic. We heard a noise that I did not even think was possible to leave my body. It was very fast. When I realized and listened to the noise he had already released my hand. After that he told me that I would not be able to play for a few days. The recovery tooks the same time as the previous recovery after surgery. He literally took the problem of the triggered finger out of my hand with his own hands. Without taking any kind of medicine, without spending anything beyond R$ 100, which at the time was the equivalent of US$ 250. The sad part of the story is that he died a few years ago and I never met anyone like him again. I have incredible stories to tell about what he did to several friends and relatives I took there. Now, many years ago, I'm having a triggered finger problem again, on a finger that has never had a problem and I'm looking for ways to heal without surgery. That's why I found your video and I'm going to follow your advice. I'm going to NY next month and I'm going to buy the P-5-P. Take care and thanks for the tips.

This REALLY works! I was scheduled for surgery on December 22nd, and after watching this video I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and picked up this medication to see if I could heal my trigger finger naturally. I've taken about half bottle it came with 60 pills for about $9. I cancelled the surgery and went on a vacation because I could open my hand and close it without any problems. I didn't do any soaking or anyting of my hand as was brought out in your video all I did was take the pills and exercise my hand and people at work are amazed because it will bring tears to my eyes having to force my hand open. Thank you so very much ch!

Thank you so much for taking the time to help out fellow sufferers. I've had pain at the base of my thumb for years, but over the past three weeks I've noticed a snapping sensation when I bend my thumb. I have already used your band aid trick to immobilise the thumb and already I feel less anxious about further injury when I am out and about. Genius idea! I am going to start the vitamin B supplement ( I have a vitamin B complex formulation). I'll let you know how it goes as it's only day 1! I see you have a dedicated web page, so I'll check that out also. Take care, and thank you again.

I was doubled over in pain when my trigger finger locked. My sister found your video and had me put my hand in hot water. I massaged it fingertip to base and after about 10 minutes, I was able to straighten it. I grabbed my brace right away. It allows a little bend and flexibility while supporting the finger--almost like your band-aid trick. I'm on Amazon now to order the P5P--Thank you SO much for your willingness to share.

Just would like to say thank you again and share an update!! So it was about a year since I first saw your video (had trigger in my right pinky)though the process felt it took forever at about 6-8 months my finger was my own again. I maintain a pill every other day and/or before I do any extreme things with my hands like gardening or putting furniture together. It’s quite shocking how fast a dr.wants to do a surgery. I know for others results may vary but this did the trick for me. I’m a tv/ film editor and work in front of a computer for long periods of time, the P5P also eliminated a general act J was having in my hands, everyone was saying it was carpal tunnel and to live with it. Well thanks to you I realize that was not the case and related to my issue. I forward your video to all colleagues with hand issues. Thanks again!!!

Your truly a simple man, loved your video and the comments, the way you spoke and gave your history back ground of your trigger figure problem was very honest. Your honesty was my favorite part of the video. I have had many problems with trigger finger sense mid 2016, I spent 8 week at the VA ortho, they did all kinds of exercise programs with me, from heat pad treatments and ultrasound and finger exercise. I had several cortisone shots, the ones that were in my finger, the trigger went away, but my both thumb never went away, but have gotten worse, even have 2-3 cortisone shots in both thumbs. We arrived in the Philippines to our home in March 2017, the pain has gotten worse and I'm not able to bend either thumb. My wife also has finger problems, so we are thinking to come back to the States early (maybe Feb), to check into the VA for surgery, but if I can get this medicine that your talking about, I will try that before leaving the Philippines, I hope it works. Thanks so much for sharing your experience, simple man, I believe it will work for me.

This is working for me. My finger was so locked in a bent position and now it is slowly relaxing after barely a week. I started taking one pill and then I took 2 a day. Now I am going back to 1 a day. So do it how you feel. I actually feel the tingling in my hands where the inflammation is. This helps inflammation anywhere in your body. I have trigger finger in both hands and arthritis also. So this is a Godsend seriously. This coming from a very cautious person who researches everything before I use it. This is the biggest thank you. I am supposed to go for consultation for surgery tomorrow, but I am going to cancel for now. 🙏🏾💖

Hi! I developed a trigger thumb about 2 mos ago and like you, the exercises I found from the other docs on youtube haven't helped me at all. So I searched for "trigger finger fixed" and your video came up. I have watched it a couple times now and read a lot of the comments. I was so encouraged from the positive comments and your video I bought the P5P. Actually, I already had a Magnesium supplement with low dose regular B6, so I figured I'd try it. I took one capsule of it last night before bed and this morning the swelling and pain are considerably lessened. I'm very hopeful. I will still do all the things you suggest in your video - hot water soaks and the splint and P5P since it's safer than regular B6. I bought a plastic finger splint from Amazon a while ago that looks kind of like a figure 8 ring. That splint allows me to bend my thumb at the palm joint but keeps the joint just below my thumb nail locked and straight. I can still type and wash my hands - it's barely noticeable and pretty comfortable and not big and bulky like some of the other splints I've seen - big plus is I can get it wet and it won't damage it. I'm guessing most here will know exactly what I'm referring to. But anyway, I wanted to simply thank you and I will try to comment more as I see improvement. Have a great day!

Great video! Was told by my Neurologist he didn't think a person could really overdose on B6 because it is made by healthy gut bacteria (B vitamins are typically used by the body to heal at night) and the active form is used to turn glutamate (primary excitatory neurotransmitter) into GABA (our primary calming neurotransmitter) diabetics are sometimes allergic to B6 though...

I’ve had Trigger Thumb on my right hand for about 10 days. I found your video last week and immediately ordered the Now brand P5P through Amazon. I started taking 2 pills a day 2 days ago. I also did a cold wrap and the hot soak in the evening. I also am massaging my hand gently throughout the day, but I stopped wearing the thumb splint last night. As of today (2nd Day) my thumb feels 50% better. Pain is greatly reduced and mobility is much smoother. It is not snapping when I bend it. I expect it may freeze up overnight, but so far the P5P therapy is working. Thank you so much for making this video.

Hello and thank you for posting your video. I strained my hand while carrying firewood and trying to open the door at the same time. I never thought much of it until about 2 weeks later when I woke up with a trigger thumb which then progressed to carpel tunnel . I did 3 sessions of acupuncture which did not help which then led me to searching for a natural remedy for both. I found videos on KZbin for both these ailments. The carpel tunnel was resolved within 24 hours with doing the videos I found. I also started to do your recommended protocol for trigger finger using Vitamin B6, (as I could not get p5p locally), splinting it, and soaking in warm water. I did not see results so I ordered p5p online. Well, within 3 days the pain was drastically reduced and within 10 days I could move my thumb up and down smoothly without the click and pain. It really makes a big difference to use the ACTIVE B6 aka p5p! I will continue on with this protocol as I know you mentioned it takes about 6 months to totally heal and I don't want to go backwards. Thank you so much for helping people heal themselves. Blessing to You!

I really appreciate the time taken to post this video on trigger finger. I have just recently began feeling the pain in my thumb when waking up n the morning. This has been going on for approximately 5 weeks now. It is very stiff and doesn't want to bend without helping in along. The first few clicks are painful, however once I get it moving its good for the day at work. I find it begins getting stiff in the evening before bed. I have just viewed the video and will go out to purchase the P5P tomorrow and begin taking it. Thumbs up here !

Wow.....so glad I found this. I had hopes of it going away before I saw this but you've given me more confidence. I'm fed up with the pain and it's been over a month. It feels as painful as when I had a torn meniscus and no insurance to pay for the surgery. The meniscus finally healed on it's on even though many times I had doubts about it and wanted to give up. Not having insurance is sometimes a blessing that we don't se at the time. WC is not very helpful with this and waiting on them I'm afraid I will be crippled for sure! Many Thumbs up to you.

Good Info! I will say that the tip about the band aid around the finger was absolutely Golden. I was having significant pain in my finger. I had purchased two hand splint devices on Amazon. Together they cost about $24. While they did help, they were not worth the money. I tried your band-aid technique and found it helped immensely. The only problem was that it was not durable enough (got wet when I washed my hands etc.) and also did not offer enough resistance. Here is the modification I made. I wrapped the thumb with "Nexcare Absolute Waterproof Wide Tape" and then wrapped it with a Nexcare Tegaderm Transparent Dressing (keep the tape dry). I used these products because they breathe and allow air to get to the skin. The combination of these items (modified from your suggestion) has made a remarkable improvement in reduction of pain. I need to now implement the Vit B6, P-5-P of course and the hot water. I will definitely follow up with my end result. Thanks for your info and insight.

Thank you so much Simple Man. In the last week, I twisted my hand and developed trigger thumb almost immediately. Went to the doctor yesterday, got a cortisone shot which hurt more than the trigger condition. Doc says that pain will leave in three days, and (hopefully), the healing will follow. I found your video and will do the P5P and night splint. I had bandaids, so I did your soft splint about twenty minutes ago. It was like magic; I have no pain and can move the thumb without the clicking. I realise that there is much more to do to be rid of the trigger thumb for good.

Thank you for a very sincere and honest video, that I am sure will help! I work at a Cadillac Dealership, and spend most of my 40 hours a week typing VIN numbers, so the continuous action after 2 years has caused my middle and ring finger to lock up during the night. I wake up every morning and have to gently pull them up, (of course with lots of popping)....not the greatest feeling. I have watched a lot of exercise videos for the tendon and the hand, but I love your different approach of NOW P5P suggestion, (I take many supplements, and love the NOW company's products ), and the bandage idea, as that is something I could use and still type! Could not see myself trying to type with a splint! Thanks, again, I am sure you have been able to help many of us with the same problem!!!
