I got 30 days to nail a 1.5 mile run and your 1 mile pace is a minute faster than needed. Dividing my starting time to do 1.5 miles is right on with your starting time at 1 mile, and mid 30's too. This is just perfect to see.

Not to be a debbie downer, but to keep it realistic for anyone watching those "calories burned" figures are WAY off. There's no way you are burning anywhere near those numbers unless you are walking up a mountain. On flat ground or quite frankly any incline short of a cliff face, you aren't burning even half that, probably not even a quarter. 1000ish calories burned for circa 25,000 steps would be closer to realistic. Good results though!

20,000 steps a day is the magic number if you can do that you will lose weight incredibly fast especially if you add 75 pushups and 100 situps every second day. The diet plan is also the key. I lost 80 pounds in 8 months, it took allot of time to get in good enough shape to walk 20,000 steps a day so be patient

It's really unhealthy to train one muscle group like this so intensely every day and there is absolutely no good reason to do it. Also - starting out with 100 dips is a great way to injure yourself. This is a horrible idea. Muscle groups should be worked with compound exercise when you're out of shape. Target and isolate later with a plan from somebody trained. This is absolute trash

I lost 75 pounds in 8 months doing this, but I found managing it after is difficult your body wants to put the weight back on the moment you stop the walking even if your diet is the same. My advice is keep a close eye on your weight daily or 5 pounds might creep back up on you within a week or so. Managing it after is the most frustrating part but eventually your body accepts and gets used to the new weight

Best advice I ever heard 'You can't out train a bad diet', have a piece of advice for people walking, get a good heart rate monitor and use that to measure your calories, the step counter on my phone, and the one in my smart watch gives me a calorie value almost 3 times higher than my dedicated HRM for any given exercise, I as assume its because I have been walking a long time and my efficiency has increased, but I walk 15 to 20 miles every day at about 4.2 to 4.5 mph, and my heart rate rarely goes above 100, the first time I used a chest worn HRM and it gave me feedback on my heart rate I actually stopped and took it manually as I didn't believe it, my watch had been saying I was averaging 110 to 115 BPM, the proper measure turned out to be 80 to 85, so you can see how the Calories were way off

Try micro-needling the scalp and Fibroblast Growth Factors infusion, combine with DHT blockers ( hair products and hair vitamin supplements ) in synergy with LLLT therapy, and scalp massage ( scalp massage will activate the micro-circulation, allowing more oxygen and nutrients to reach hair the follicles ). The more alternatives working in synergy, the better the outcome. (( Hereditary, sedentary, stress, lack of sleep, hormones, nutrition, medications, illness, gender, genes, metabolism, so many things and so many conditions that cause hair loss. It is best to seek a licensed healthcare professional specialized in hair loss to determine the root of the hair loss and/or any underlying health conditions that triggers the hair loss. The above alternative may work on hair follicles that are alive, once the hair follicle is permanently damaged ( dead ) it will not grow back any new hair. If the hair follicles are not permanently damaged, then finding the cause(s) of that specific hair loss ( everybody hair loss are not the same ) and tackling it with the appropriate methods/alternatives, with consistency, eventually the hair may growth back. Once successfully achieving new hair growing on the affected scalp area(s), it is important to continue using the hair loss treatment methods to maintain all hair growing phases as normal as possible !!!

A bit late but I recommend just using touch of grey hair dye first. Go a shade less than your natural color (ie real black looks very fake) leave in full 5 minutes. Very good instant results. Then u can just use the coloring shampoo a couple of times a week to maintain the color. This is the quickest and least hassle free way to keep some of the grey away.

I have neighbors who have a son who comes over to visit his dad I’m guessing and our homes are in a cul de sac with small front yards but large backyards and I notice his son about 13/14 yrs old always chooses to play baseball (w a real ball not a tennis or softball) in his front yard w two other friends and I just get anxiety because they’ve already hit car across the street and broken their own window not because I am spying, but because you can clearly see the commotion with the neighbors when it happens since our cul-de-sac is so small and I guess the neighbors have already complained. I don’t complain because I don’t want any animosity but I did the other day to myself to pick up a wiffleball set and place it on the doorstep so maybe they get the message but don’t take it in a bad way I do notice that a lot of the times their ball comes over into my yard so I know that it could possibly hit my window one day and at times they use my yard as one side of their teams volleyball side, which I do go over there and tell them not to do but in the nicest possible way I don’t mean to be a Karen because I’m always very nice but it just boggles my mind how nobody teaches their children to respect other peoples property. I mean if they would come over and ask permission I feel like I would totally let them play volleyball in my yard since I’m not too particular about my grass, but it’s just the fact that they just feel entitled to that kind of throws me off I guess I’m just really old-school thinking I just choose my battles. I let it go since I know the kid won’t be a teenager forever. He doesn’t come over very often and pretty soon. He’ll be into girls and he won’t be playing baseball.😂😂😂

👍🏽 getting used to the step by step approach has been difficult for me, but it’s great now I’m there and I love how the progressions happen naturally and how we can also step back easily when necessary when we are going slow enough to be able to listen to our body.

6/18/2024. Trigger finger re-visited. Same. It's essentially cured. Since this was a homeopathic solution, I wasn't sure if the "cure" would hold. But the finger is still good. I can move it ok without it getting "caught."

This is why this country is experiencing more and more violence these days, with racial tensions rising to the level of a future civil war. We’re tired of being forced to listen to other peoples’ type of--whatever. We would get arrested for blaring our type of music, which we don’t do, anyway.
