@@andrewright4370 i never read sayu's back story However i would say that there has to be a major event that occur to make someone acquire a vision From what it has been shown is that If a vision is dormant if the one that is in contact with it feel the same ambition as his/her previous owner It can awake but it can be momentarily or mostly permanent depending on the circumstances Like for kazuha He managed to use his friend's vision because they both wanted to face the shogun Thus the vision enlighten for a short period of time allowing kazuha to even parry one of ei's strongest attack She was even shocked But if someone has a very near ambition to the previous owner I think it could happen that the vision can light up for good thus it finds a new master

I remember seeing somewhere that even though Venti is the god of freedom, those who bear the anemo vision are usually those with the least freedom. Jean is always so busy she doesn’t have time for herself, Xiao is contractually obligated to keep doing his job, Sayu can never escape her ninja duties even if she wants to. I think only Kazuha bears an anemo vision and actually embodies freedom. Didn’t come up with this, but it really stuck with me.

i don’t think Kazuha embodies freedom personally, sure he did eventually escape the wrath of the electro archon and her nation but essentially he was never freed from the actual country. he still had ties, along with a childhood that he had to abandon. his spirit & personality doesn’t really appear free or light more burdened and aloof it that makes sense. and that brings up why people who lose others to death end up with said vision. anemo visions represent freedom but in a way it doesn’t at all. none of the barers would ever be free from their past, memories, or even emotions that are all similar to one another’s escapism is more of the right word to describe why each get given such vision, it temporarily eases some of the wounds, and hardships each and every anemo vision barer faces taking a small portion off of their shoulders. because venti understands the most that no matter what you can’t do a whole lot to help others deal with loss

heres how i think they received it: 4:41 the anemo vision got mixed up in the wind and it flew over to sayu while she was sleeping so she didnt notice it 4:46 I think while arataki itto was collecting stuff (preparing for travelers birthday) he picked up the geo vision to give it as a gift -but kept it once he found out traveler had one already 4:57 it flew on her clothes while she was bathing and wore the clothes with the vision on it (she didnt see it cause she was drying her hair at the same time) someone came up to her and asked if that was a vision on her, she checked herself and found out about it

Varka's the actual leader of Mondstat but he's currently on an expedition, taking all the horses so that's why there's no horses in the game for Kaeya to captain despite being the Calvary captain. here's my headcannon on how to get visions: anemo; have a dead friend and be affected by it heavily geo; have a skill similiar to that of a rock, or have an iq of a rock electro; be hot waifu or innocent wholesome boi hydro; be good natured (or broke) pyro; be energetic cryo; be mysterious and cool(pun intended) dendro; be non existent

The hydro archon is the God of justice, in order to understand it further let's first understand the definition of justice. The simple definition is to do something that is right. But there is just one problem, there is no right or wrong, whether something is right or wrong is determined by ur views and perspective. Even if u know what is right, it is not justice if u don't step up and act. While the rest are watching as an injustice happens in front of them, u step in for the sake of justice. Bcuz stepping up when someone is in need is a RESPONSIBILITY, u want the ppl u care about the most to always be happy and u will not hesitate to carry out ur duties. What is a theory without proof? To see if my intuition is correct, I'll compare it to the current 5 hydro characters as well as a leaked future hydro character Barbara: Received her vision after taking care of a boy with fever, she later dedicated herself as the deaconess of the church to heal those that are injured. It is unclear when Kokomi got her vision. But judging by how she always looks out for the people of Watatsumi and her soldiers, I'd say she's doing a good job as the Divine Priestess. Mona's case is interesting, her vision isn't given by the gods but instead by her teacher. But we can see how she viewed astrology as a responsibility rather than a passion since if she never met her master she most probably wouldn't involve herself in astrology. Now she's so focused in it she don't even consider her own well being. Like Kokomi, the time Xingqiu got his vision was not stated, but there are three things in his life that shows "responsibility" that could explain why Xingqiu have a Hydro Vision. -Helping his brother with the Feiyun commerce guild -Continuing the martial arts techniques if the Guhua Clan -His sense of Chivalry to always help those in need (Leaked) Ayato's vision was given to him by an NPC in Komore TeaHouse after he defeated him in a sparring contest, if the vision was a hydro one according to leaks, then the thing that ties him to the "responsibility" requirement of hydro is how he became the head of the Kamisato clan at a young age (probably in his teens) Childe doesn't have a vision story, he have a delusion story instead. So we can't really tell what motives he have that grants him the hydro vision. So the two possible traits that could grant him the vision is -To serve the Tsaritsa -To protect his family
